Pick a mid gray color and create a box using the rectangle tool with hard round pen: size 8, smooth 0%.
Draw a filled rectangle to remove the hole in the button.
Now apply the white noise filter using opacity 25%. Then apply the emboss filter. Finally apply the sharpen filter.
Pick the rectangle tool and select a smooth pen: size 16, 100% smooth & 100% round. Select the brightness processor and set the amount to 25%. Now draw a rectangle slightly outside the top left corner of the button to far outside the bottom right corner.
Do the opposite for the bottom right corner using with the right mouse button (to get darken instead of brighten).
Finally pick a bright color and create a text brush to paste on the button.
