1/2: Unfortunately the context menu is not available on 64bits since it is written in 32bits and they can't run together. I hope to fix this eventually, but it will probably take a while. There is a fix for this is you are willing to run the 32 bit version of Windows Explorer (which is included in all 64bit Windows, since this is a common problem).
3: There is a reason for this, but I agree that it should be choosable.
4: Yes, that's not a bad idea. It does sound a bit better!
