I'm sorry to hear about your problems. I would really like to know more about this. In what way does it not work? Please describe your problems as detailed as possible, and perhaps you can even send me a screenshot if applicable.

Before installing 5.3 you must uninstall the current version, and also make sure that the settings are gone by removing this folder:
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\RL Vision\Flash Renamer"
