When uninstalling you should get a question if you want to remove the settings. Choose yes.
If that does not work, you can remove the settings manually. They are stored here:
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\RL Vision\Flash Renamer"
Or just leave it. I don't really mind as long as you do not use it on the two computers simultaneously.
