Subject: Re: how i can rename mp3 title

Date: Thu, 06 Aug 2009 18:57:03 +0200

Hi,

The title is stored in the "id3" tag. Flash Renamer has a function called "Mp3 Tagger" that writes to the ID3 tag. Here you will see a button called "Quick Setup". Click on this and select "custom". In the input box that appears, type "". If your filenames/titles are long, also enable the "Write ID3v2" checkbox. Now everything is ready! Write the tags by pressing the normal "rename" button.

What happens here is that Flash Renamer will take the entire filename and put into the title tag. If your filenames are different, and contain for example both title and artist you can change what you type in the "quick setup" input box.

I hope this helps!
