Hi,

Sorry for taking so long to respond.

I have looked at your problems and located the problem. You have changed the "date" in the "advanced settings". This is reflected in the date column, causing the sort function to stop working.

The advanced settings are meant to affect the way dates are formatted when added to filenames, and I think it is a mistake using it in the date column too. I will probably fix the problem by making the date column use a default date format instead.

You can fix the sorting problem until the next version by resetting the date to the default value.

As for your other suggestion, although I do like it, it's too specialized to implement as a general function. It could however be made as a script if you feel like some programming :-)

I think Date Access, Date Created, and Date Modified should be available in Flash Renamer as both sorting, as well as the DATE change options you have for the filename formattings ( I've used this in the past to rename picture files and add a date to the front )

It does on my win2k machine at least. How do I get such a file? I need to recreate the situation here on my computer...

Once the interface has the file modified turned off, the file listings show up again. Can you fix this issue?
