The file is called "replace.dat"
If you have version 5.2 or higher, then it is placed here:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\RL Vision\Flash Renamer\
Older versions store the file in the folder where the program is installed.
Simply install FR on the new machine and then overwrite the default replace file with your own.
