The settings are usually stored here:

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\RL Vision\Flash Renamer\"

(This location can be different on computers with other settings.)

In here you will find exceptions.txt and replace.dat. Both files can be edited by hand using notepad or similar!
